Spacious room and clean beds-no claustrophobia here! Enjoyed the lovely outdoor kitchen and location, with all essentials nearby. Hot showers are a plus, even if they clog here and there.

But goodness, that mattress was firmer than a yoga instructor! And the shower drains? They must be in a relationship with my patience!

Booked it for 4 days and had an amazing experience. I appreciated brand-new room for 8 beds and the staff were nice and amicable. The location of the hotel was great and good, to the bus terminal. Venue's bar was large...

The units are extremely spacious for 8 beds. The hotel offers marvellous location in front of the river in the south gate. They serve cheap food, have variety of options to choose from.

Recommend it for solo travelers

The rooms are spacious and the AC really works , which is nice in this humid heat. I enjoyed hanging out on the lovely terrace, perfect for sipping coffee and people-watching.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable.

Liked every detail about our absolutely amazing 4 nights stay here. The setting was favourable, just next door to the Saturday, the center, and a very good quite area of the city. Furthermore, in the chiangmai oldtown. The rooms were brand-new for 8 beds. The very amiable staff was much appreciated: )

I really loved my stay here, especially the super comfy bed with curtains and the laid-back vibe of the top floor kitchen. I spent some quality time chilling in the common area and soaking up the filtered water provided. The only downside was a slight smell in the room, but I got used to it quickly, so no biggie! 😊

The atmosphere was relaxed. The spacious bedrooms were well-ventilated thanks to the constant air conditioning. The bathrooms seemed to only get superficial cleaning, with clogged drains being an ongoing issue, and the hard mattress may not suit everyone's comfort needs. The location is bustling, yet it manages to maintain a quiet vibe, perfect for resting after a day of exploring.

We loved the roomy accommodations, the friendly staff, and the ideal location near the night market and city center.

Free Wi-Fi was strong, and the lounge bar was great for relaxation.

great stay but minor issues

The location is excellent, close to many attractions. The bed was spacious and comfortable, providing much-needed privacy with curtains. The kitchen and common area on the top floor offered a cheerful space for socializing. It was nice to enjoy filtered water. I found myself appreciating the late check-out option which allowed a relaxed start to the day.

The staff are great. It boasts a stunning and very convenient location very close to Sunday market and the river. - the restaurant serves excellent Thai food.
